I've been having that problem. It's due to the recent testing of Blogger Beta...which combines your gmail account and your blogger account into one single account/log-in called Google Account. Try logging out of gmail or google account and logging into blogger using not your gmail address but your old blogger username. Should work.

Don't have a gmail account, and I don't seem to be having a problem logging in, but uploading pictures is damn near impossible.

yeah. thanks, joseph. most times i don't feel like bothering signing out of gmail. and, erm, today when i do, that still doesn't work.
