12 April 2007

I go to sleep so early, almost immediately, then I wake in the not-much-later night and I am pretty well shocked because my throat is killing me, my eyes ache, and I am really sick. As a smoker I never got sick. The last time I couldn't remember.

Sleeping I dreamt I started smoking again, fell off the wagon, failed. In real life this didn't happen.

I feel terrible!

you are getting sick because your body is still trying to cope with the change...stick to it though, it is very tough to quit...but you will feel better! (and this is coming from someone who has quit many a time!)
