I hope you had this gentleman's permission to photo and publishmu.
I've only been into Pegasus a few times, but -- unless there was a sign somewhere notifying me of the possibility -- I'd be bent if I was photoed while within and then ha the thing published . . . .
Though maybe there's no expectation of privacy in a commercial store -- I know there isn't out on the street...
Even so, it's a customer . . . we are always right, or so I've heard say . . . .
i found this on someone's flickr account, someone i don't know. (you can click the photo to be taken to the photographer's flickr page.) this kind gentleman has been coming into the store every night for weeks and weeks and sleeping in this chair. so, if you want to have your picture taken and published, well, you know what to do.
