Bios: Eric Baus was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana in 1975. Winner of the 2002 Verse Prize, selected by Forrest Gander, his publications include The To Sound (Wave Books) and the chapbooks The Space Between Magnets, A Swarm In The Aperture, and Something Else The Music Was. His second full-length book Tuned Droves (Octopus Books) will be published in 2009. He edits Minus House chapbooks and lives in Denver. Shane McCrae went to school at the University of Iowa Writers' Workshop and Harvard Law. His poems have appeared, or are forthcoming, in The American Poetry Review, American Letters & Commentary, African American Review, Colorado Review, New Orleans Review and others. His chapbook, One Neither One, is forthcoming from Octopus Books. He lives in Iowa City.
